Birmingham failed in bid for owen - Ha makes me laugh

It has come out today that Birmingham owner David Sullivan tried to sign Michael Owen on loan after his move to Real Madrid.

As if he would leave Liverpool then go and join Birmingham after him saying he wanted regular champions league football...I don’t think he like Heskey that much that he would follow him.

actually it was after he joined real madrid and couldn't get in the side :p

Obviously, but its the first time Birmingham have actually come out and said that they did attempt to sign him on loan…..and it’s the first time I have heard it.

It's a good job they didn't. He would have scored a hat-trick against us last weekend. Just like Johnson will this weekend. :suspect:
