This is a tough one...I've decided to go on the route of albums that had a big influence on me,so it will include the odd best of,compilation etc....

1   Pink Floyd..................The Wall
2   Peter Frampton...........Frampton comes alive
3   Beach Boys................Pet Sounds
4   Everly Brothers...........Walk Right Back
5   Buddy Holly................20 golden greats
6   Pink Floyd..................Wish you were here
7   Simon and Garfunkel.....Bridge over Troubled Water
8   Kinks.........................One for the Road
9   Bruce Springsteen........The River
10  Beatles......................Hard Days Night

This group of 10 albums, sadly don't include some of my favourite artists..Hey! beavis this is totally unfair,I've got a vinyl collection that fills my attic and you have tried to pin me down to 10.I love soul music yet there is no indication in my choice.
Keep this thread open so I can relive my party animal days.I bet you oldredeyes can relate to the Philadelphia sound,Michael Jackson's Off the Wall...Bryan Ferry...Punk..I can't believe there is no punk albums on my list and I have loads.........god I'm getting old.
I'm a music fan- you name it, I have it..... until I got the ball'n'chain, that is.

Kurt cobain was a genius and a great loss, i will remember him most for the unplugged album cos it showed his songwriting ability stripped down. Nirvana weren't just a heavy grunge punk rock band they had great tunes and were one of the best rock n roll bands of my generation.

About a girl is a classic Beavis!
