When I was doing my city and guilds (150/151) catering course me and a mate had a game of footy with a chicken while the teaching chef was out the kitchen.
He came back unexpectedly and we had to shove the chicken in the oven (our plan originally had been to bin it after the game was over) Anyway when it was cooked the Chef told us to gather round whilst he showed us how to carve it.
The chicken didn't have an unbroken bone in it's body ,the Chef says "Sacre Bleur ! ow do zay kill cheekens in laverpool ? " My mate says "We usually just run over them in our tractors ! " :D   :D   .........(true story )
