Don't do running or nothing really I'd only bother if i was overweight

I've been doing a lot of weightlifting an stuff lately, only just started so I havent seen much result yet, I'll be a big hench in no time though you just watch  :D

I hate running, unless it involves a small sphere of some sort.  Then I'll run for hours.  Does it make sense?  No, not really :D

I have 8 weeks left till the marathon and the training is going well. I ran 27k today or 16.7 miles. In 4 weeks im running the half marathon so it should give me a good idea of my time for the marathon. Ill be glad when its finished because every Saturday in the training program I have to do the long run and after it im wreaked for the rest of the day. But so far so good, I haven't had any injuries

Why in the name of all sanity would anyone want to run 16.7 miles unless they were:

1. Earning a living from it, or;
2. Being chased by a particularly slow-yet-eager man-eating creature?

It boggles my mind. I am on the verge of committing suicide after 500 yards - the boredom is ghastly!

But - well done, chap - you've achieved a lot in such a short space of time.  :bowdown
