Thanks for that Joe. I think I need to get the book. I'm on season 2 now btw. Loving it!

The latest series of Dexter has been a cracker, I almost stopped watching it after the last series but I am very glad I didn't. Some good surprises and an excellent performance by Lithgow as the trinity killer.

Like Dexter, I didn't really have any feelings about the person that died at the end. In fact, Dexter might have had more feelings, but I thought he wasn't supposed to have any, like a Vulcan?  The only implications I see could be some questions that arise for Dexter to have to explain where he was.

I thought that Dexter saw a chance to defeat his dark passenger and was starting to have genuine feelings.

Maybe Dexter was, but I still wasn't.  Wouldn't mind if the next seasons killer wipes out the whole department, and then we could see "lone wolf" dexter

I think psychopaths have feelings Joe, but only about things that affect them personally. Everyone else is not "real" to them..... a bit like the internet really. :D

Havent seen latest Dexter yet though hearing good things about Lithgow character.

Just watched finales to Series 3 of Californication and series 1 of Misfits.

Enjoyed both series though Misfits seemed to lose it way somewhat for me. Californication was a little predictable by the end but still highly amusing

Starting to watch  Dollhouse again, got a bit bored with it but with nothing else to watch I picked up on it again midway through season two. Story line gets more complex and consequently more interesting, deffo an improvement on the disappointing first season.

Love "Californication", although it's getting increasingly "raw", definitely not family viewing. Big question
is Hank ever gonna fix the headlight on his car ?   :D

Loved how both Californication and Dexter ended their latest seasons. The next season of Dexter should be a real good one with some of the cracks in Dexter's past starting to appear to a certain someone, and Quinn being increasingly suspicious. Series 3 of Californication was funny as f*ck. Duchoveny as Hank Moody was the perfect casting call for him. I just have a question: what the f*ck happened to Kathleen Turner? Did she get a sex change or something? She used to be half decent, now she's a complete munter. She's hillarious in this, though. "Collini....OUT!"
