Ive seen the first 4 episodes of the new V 2009 series and i highly recommend it , was just getting into it and now i see it has stopped until March  :(
Its much faster paced than the old one and of course the visitors have much better technology too.
The Diana girl of the old series has been replaced by Anna, (Morena Baccharin) worth the watch for her alone  :eyebrow

Saw the first 3 episodes of the V remake, I dunno, wasn't too impressed with the overall acting. Even Elizabeth Mitchell looks like she is trying too hard to live up to the leading role. But I'm sticking with it as I was a fan of the show during the 80's, hope things will pick up.

P.s, why has it stopped until March??

this might be a bit of a spoiler for those who are still watching but its pretty funny what the frack??

Brilliant show, that. Excellent from start-to-finish.

Anyone here seen Friday night lights? I started watching it today. It's a drama about a football team in Texas. So far only seen the first 2 eps but I'm hooked. Surprised I haven't heard of it before.

I have heard its a great book.

There was also a movie based on the book, and I think the book is based on a true story.  Don't know anything about the show, and haven't seen or read any of the three, although I did play HS football, and I know how big of a deal it is in Texas, so I can imagine what its like.

Got a real sad thing to admit tho... was off 2 weeks ago, bit ill, went on tv on demand, saw Gossip girl, and it wasn't that bad, its like cruel intentions, actually pretty funny lol

Yep, midway through Season 5 now, which looks like it may be the last season.  That's fine...it's had a great run and I like for shows to go out with a bang rather than a whimper.  Some classic stuff this season and that's all I'll say at this point.  I'm rewatching Season 4 at the moment as well...brilliant show!  :buttrock
