I had heard a lot of bad reviews concerning Thor ,but I must admit it was actually quite enjoyable ...with exactly the right blend of tongue in cheek humour ....I think for a project that could in all honesty have took itself far too seriously ,it was refreshingly not afraid to poke fun at itself .... outstanding cgi and a decent enough story line ....So much better than the terminally disappointing Iron Man

watched Lucky Number Slevin the other night - never paid attention to it at the time it was released but I really enjoyed it
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Thor's good mate enjoyable bubblegum ,but that's how Superhero films should be made   ...As for Iron Man, maybe it could be said the first Iron man was passable ,but the second was all over the place .... extremely disappointing

Iron Man was ok, Iron Man 2 was just Iron Man but more good guys than bad guys. Thor is enjoyable and Portman is in it.

Lucky Number Slevin is an underated film

Saw Crowe's Robin Hood, pretty good but the accents are a bit dodgy, little John sound more Northern Irish than Scottish.

Hasd anyone seen Ironclad yet?

sounds right down my street, gonna have to give this a watch

btw has anyone seen Paranormal activity 2? I saw the first one and thought it was kinda cool but nothing particularly memorable, is the second one more of the same or is it a bit more imaginitive?

To be honest it takes a lot for me to like a horror nowadays RBG as most are let downs but this film really did get me going and both me and the Mrs agreed it was scary. She jumped a few times and so did I but she never got onto it  :D
