Evo VI - loony cars but not so many about and more expensive than even a Prodrive Impreza of similar age I would've thought? ???

I can't really see myself getting a second car though, just too much expense and I don't fancy insuring something like an Impreza without a garage. Still, it's always a thought. Probably just stick with the one car but get a 2-3 yr old A4 3.0 or possibly 330ci. I just dunno, change my mind every week but it'll be fun when I start test-driving   :)

My problem is I rack up about 20k miles a year so fuel bills are a killer if I'm getting less than 30mpg. Aaaah, decisions decisions....  :grinning:

My mate has the Prodrive RB5, their was only 500 made cos it was the Richard Burns special edition.  You can get a Evo 6 for £13k and my mates RB5 was £13.5k

Didn't realise they were that affordable, having said that I'd need a second mortgage to insure and run one  :oh:

One of my clients thought he'd go the whole 9 yards and bought a TVR Cerbera for himself through his company a few years back. It's still garaged, he was TERRIFIED of it and went back to a Boxster which is what he had before :D  He wants me to buy it from him for some silly price but I'd be back in hospital within weeks if I had a TVR

The Alfa looked gorgeous but was about as reliable as a chocolate teapot - got rid after  6 weeks. I got into the habit of changing cars quite often after being spoilt with new company cars at least once a year. Now I'm self employed it's not so easy but anticipate changing again sometime next year. My head says "practical diesel" but my heart says "penis extension"  :D

Think I'm gonna go for a 2-3yr old BMW 330ci or maybe an Audi a4 3.0

My Focus is a great car but just a bit small now that I've got a little 'un in tow. Any other suggestions people? PaulC you seem to know your onions, a mate of mine has an S4 and it's class - M3 performance but without the show

I love cars as much as footie, my mate has an Alfa 156 1.8 with the sports options, nice car but as you say unreliable, I've got a 2.0 turbo 200sx, their isn't much it will struggle against unless it's a super car, I can eat my mates RB5 Impreza for breakfast , well apart from on the bends cos 4wd helps where mine is RWD

I'd love an Audi next, my 200sx has leather, A/C, etc but it's a sports car and I'd like a luxury sports car next, as you say it's M3 power without the BMW badge cos I hate BMW's, everyone has them these days and thats why I love Mercs cos their still stylish and prestigious unlike BMW who have sold out  :(

that is complete jibberish to me, ive not got a clue what ure on about  :D
