Yes, I know plenty. I'm just putting strange replies on the site because, well.....I'm strange.

Strange indeed....   ???

Anyway, let's start pointless rumours and guessing-games about what Zara does for a living: I think she personally winds Big Ben up every morning. That would have to pay decent wonga    :Oo:  Or maybe she's a sales rep for Um Bongo? :oh:

The Alfa looked gorgeous but was about as reliable as a chocolate teapot - got rid after  6 weeks. I got into the habit of changing cars quite often after being spoilt with new company cars at least once a year. Now I'm self employed it's not so easy but anticipate changing again sometime next year. My head says "practical diesel" but my heart says "penis extension"  :D

Think I'm gonna go for a 2-3yr old BMW 330ci or maybe an Audi a4 3.0

My Focus is a great car but just a bit small now that I've got a little 'un in tow. Any other suggestions people? PaulC you seem to know your onions, a mate of mine has an S4 and it's class - M3 performance but without the show

I love cars as much as footie, my mate has an Alfa 156 1.8 with the sports options, nice car but as you say unreliable, I've got a 2.0 turbo 200sx, their isn't much it will struggle against unless it's a super car, I can eat my mates RB5 Impreza for breakfast , well apart from on the bends cos 4wd helps where mine is RWD

I'd love an Audi next, my 200sx has leather, A/C, etc but it's a sports car and I'd like a luxury sports car next, as you say it's M3 power without the BMW badge cos I hate BMW's, everyone has them these days and thats why I love Mercs cos their still stylish and prestigious unlike BMW who have sold out  :(

I've been thinkin about an Audi S4 in about 18 months when I change mine, I want something sporty cos mine is approx 280bhp and I want something a little faster next  :;):

How do you like your Audi?

It's the dog's gonads mate. Mine is only the A4 not the S4, but they make all their cars the same, ie. properly. Had it serviced yesterday after the last 16000 miles and it only cost me £160. Thats cheap motoring no matter what way you look at it. What you do have with the Audi, (apart from a solid and  secure ride), is the refinements you won’t find in a French or Jap car. I say go for it mate. If you buy one young enough then you won’t regret it. IMO of course.

Paul, know what you mean about Beemers - a bit like the clitoris: every c*nt's got one :D  Still like the better-model 3 series though.

My old boss had a 200sx and it's probably the fastest car I've ever driven, a real hoot. (Never managed to blag a drive of my mate's S4 :( )

My Alfa was the 2.0 "veloce" (sport) model and made me smile every time I saw it but was a real let-down. Not as quick as you might think either despite 165bhp. The Focus feels a lot quicker although it's variable valve timing so needs ragging to get the best out of it which is murder for the fuel economy! That's why I want a big 6-cyl job next, a bit more effortless. My only other idea was to get something very sensible (diesel) for everyday use but get a used Impreza (prodrive mad version) "pour le weekend" but I'd be sh*t scared of getting car-jacked as there's been a few of those around my way recently  :(

My mate had a 2.0 selespeed 156 but the gearbox went on it so he bought a V reg 200sx in black

The impeza is a great drive, I just can't believe how well my mates handles, he litterally throws it round corners and all I can do if laugh cos it's crazy how it sticks to the road, if I was going to go for that type of car I'd go for an Evo 6 cos they aren't as common as the Impreza :;):
