Just came across this gem slipped into a post from Heimdall in the Blackburn thread.

I do see Rafa as a disease

And some people are wondering if he (Heimdall) gets a fair crack of the whip .

Unbelievable.

Its just an analogy Woof, someone else said something about if Rafa was a Doctor or something, Heimdall said something about him being the disease   

Certainly better than calling him , etc etc .

My own view is there is no need to call or abuse him (Rafa that is, not Heimdall ) and while I think we could do better, until we do he is still the manager and deserves respect.

So, calling someone a disease is better than calling them a ? Hmmmmmmm.

If anything I find the premeditation of the use of the word "disease" more offensive than the (usually) purely emotional and reactive use of the word .

perhaps he thinks rafa infects us with his wisdom. perhaps that what he meant !!


Heimdall is a pretty harmless person. everybody gets wound up, and even if he doesnt go with popular belief on this site, then thats hardly a reason for a card. everyone is entitled to their opinion, no matter how much their words wind us up.

I think he gets rough treatment, but im not privvy to all he says. He has at times got on my nerves, but i wouldnt say i didnt like him for it.

generally moderation on here is fairly good, but like anything else, if a mod didnt like you, then i reckon they will find a way to card you. Its human nature, we as humans, no matter how hard we try will always find favouritism, and not be impartial.

I see he's been banned today, and I know for certain many posters will be glad it is so. I'm going to ask a question here though that has been on my mind for a while, does the bloke get a fair rub on here?
