I trust you're not talking about native Americans ( Red Indians)

I doubt the descendants of those that survived the European invasion and subsequent extermination of their ancestors have very little to celebrate.

Well Woof, they've got their casinos.  And I think there is a new Lone Ranger movie coming out sometime soon, so Tonto will have an appearance.

However if one is actually looking to 'get shitfaced' might I suggest a couple of glasses of Absinthe-my current tipple of choice- it really does bring a certain wtf to the proceedings.
