Now we can still win it(Ireland)We must win by 4 points more that France win by to,hopefully it will work,as ireland diserve to win it out after being robbed last few minutes by france an beating everyother team.

Agree. We kicked a penalty with 2 minutes left to go 4 points clear. If you don't win a game in that situation, you don't deserve to. No controvery over last minute try.

And yeah, France should have buried us in the first 20 minutes.

What I like about rugby is the players don't act like a bunch of pu$$ies the way most of the footballers do. Can you imagine a rugby player rolling around faking injury?

Well said Big Niall...none of this namby pamby rolling around like a bunch of girls; or diving like Ronaldo or Savage.....send the pair o' them out on a pitch with Paul O'Connel and see what happens....

Gotta say I like both codes and that's from a Northerner....

In the League game, club Rugby is the best to follow, my own team being the Leeds Rhino's, internationally speaking, Great Britain always seem to choke, we haven't had a decent GB team for 15 years now (not since the days of Edwards, Davies, Offiah, Gregory, Platt, Betts etc)

When it comes to Union, it seems to work the opposite way, I like watching the 6 Nations and World Cup etc but club Union, even the super 14's just bores me....
It's horses for courses I suppose but at least I can see the good in both codes, some people are so insular to either one or the other.....

Well done France.They snatched the win in Dublin so they deserve the championship.

Ireland will beat them in the World cup though.

I won't even mention England.

I think it was unfair that the final games were not on at the same time. :angry:

However France came to Croke Park and beat us in our own backyard so no complaints.

Also, glad to see Scotland put up a great fight and even when the game was lost for them they did not roll over.

While England won't do much in the world cup they have probably turned a corner and in a couple of seasons could be a force again (they beat France so can't be that bad).

A very good tournament this year.

I just saw today that the chairman of the six nations is French. Could that be why the fixtures were set so that France would play their final game knowing what result they needed to win the tournament :angry:
