why to the black teenagers in east london feel the need to be in a gang and have a gun only to use  them on other black gangs?


do you think it was right for 2000 black families in stratford council homes were given 20k to move out and given new homes in essex when some white families in essex have been waiting 10 years to move out thire home as they live in a 1 bedroom flat with 3 kids?

you see right now there is race riots in Tilbury, thurrock essex  every night of the week, so far this has only lead to one death but the press in Thurrock will not report the truth and is also the essex police that are covering it up.

My first concern would be is the housing fact the truth as in my experience a lot of these reports are incorrect and you would be amazed how many papers are fined every week

Why to white teenages try to act like thet are from america and black?

I'll leave the UK examples alone because I have zero background but I thought this was an interesting question.  My first response, is why is this about race?  Is there an 'essentially black' culture that only black people should/are allowed to participate in?  The same's true of 'American' culture.  If you like it, what's wrong with expressing that affinity?

To take a very mundane but hopefully illustrative example, I am not ethnically South Asian nor Chinese nor Turkish nor Italian nor Lebanese nor Thai nor Mexican but I willingly eat food from these regions of the world on a consistent basis and would consider myself much the poorer if I weren't able to do so.  I'd hate to have someone come along and say that, as a Canadian, I had no business eating chicken tamales because I wasn't Mexican.  So, why shouldn't white kids from England be allowed to listen to American hip hop music and wear their jeans around their knees?

every race is racist, everyone has racism in them... the scales are never even... its not just black people in gangs believe me...

round my area its the sri lankans with sqwords and pitbulls... south london is more black orientated, white gangs are mixing it up most places... i dunno why.

when i was a lad id just get drunk happily with my mates, no knives, no guns... now i dont know many people who havent been threatened with guns or knives...

people get scared, and stick more to there own

Perhaps the teens do not copy what other races do, they just copy fashion, clothes, dances, and even behaviours.

He's trying to imitate a hairdress and sometimes behaviours of a movement that had it's origin in England. But race has nothing to do with it.

Surely the east londoners are copying styles and fashions, and they don't care that much about the race that created those fashions?

i was reading John Barns book today and was shocked by the fact that back when playing for england the NF were let on the plane and gave him stick all the way home.

whwen you look back at the first main black players in english football you just know how bad things must have been for them, i would love to think that the UK has moved on a lot but i fell we have not, its not that we have not tried but i think we are sometimes made to feel that we are racist by our own Gov with their PC stuff......like Baa Baa Black Sheep and some schools banning the England flag as it might upset none english kids and my area banning the word HAPPY CHRISTMAS outside shops and town lights and beeing made to use SEASON GREETINGS.

what next being told that the churches must be knock down as they might upset someone?

the other week i had to teach in tilbury, it is the most racist class i have ever had.
one youg dad (18) said that he hates all blacks and would hit anyone of them when he sees them. later he told me how worried he had been the other week as his 3 year old child had been very unwell, he said how good the doctor at the hospital had been and that he had thanked them for getting her better, i asked him " was the doctor black" he said  "YES" i tried to point out that his child had been saved by someone that if he had seen ourside he would have hit him, the young dad did not see my point, its things like this that make me sad.

i think you mate a great point "people get scared, and stick more to there own"
and thats why i fear its not going to get better, 2 years ago a family from the philippines moved into an area near me, they would never go out during the day...untill 2 more familes come over to live in the house with them, soon after there seemed to be around 10 teenagers from the philippines walking arounfd the streets with  knives, when the police stopped them they said they had them due to the whites picking on them them, this was just a lie but to them it was real.

in the end it was the police that made them move out of the area by always beein at their home taking  knives out.

i was in brick lane last year and got called pasty,paper face and 2 things that i will not put on here.

its going on all over the world, even the north v south stuff can get out of hand.
