Torres looks a bit sharper but the rest of the team looks shyte. The thing with Spain is they play too narrow, no width. In the 2nd half if Torres doesn't do anything early on we can probably expect Llorente to come on which should be a prelude to Navas coming on too.

I'll have to disagree, Torres doesn't look sharp at all.

torres looks a different player completely. no speed, no power, no acceleration, and very little confidence. i only hope its because he's not match fit - which he plainly isn't, and not for any other reasons as well.

Major drama here. Firstly David Villa dives on the floor, it's last man and the Paraguayan defender is only given a yellow, the Spanish being Spanish (lying, dishonest, cheating b*stards) circle the referee. Xabi Alonso has to re-take his penalty and the keeper saves it. Come on Paraguay.

Yeah they should have gotten another but Fabregas' over the top diving probably didn't help. He is playing like a Barca player already   :D

My problem with the Spanish? Lying, cheating and simulation is my problem with the Spanish.

If the Spain vs Paraguay match was a Chelsea vs Lyon match and the Chelsea players dived about like floppy fish and circled the referee then I am sure you would be singing from the same hymn book that I am.

I want to Spain to lose because for all their quality and talent, they always resort to dishonesty, simulation and cheating. For that reason I hope Paraguay stuff them and send them packing.
