not sure where this should go, other than perhaps 'world discussion' but as it may well eventually hold some interest for LFC- ill try my hand in here:


UEFA have designated the following stadia to host the respective finals of their two cup competitions, the champions league and the 'faffed about with beyond necessity' Uefa cup. for the seasons 2008/09.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE:

2008  MOSCOW  Luzhniki stadium
2009  ROME  Olympic stadium

UEFA CUP:

2008  MANCHESTER  City of manchester stadium
2009  ISTANBUL  Sukru Saracoglu stadium.

Finally Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.
This stadium was made by just Fenerbahce Fans' contrubutions. So UEFA's choice made us proud.
