The Premiership - General Discussion

Well the more optimistic fans would be happy to see City draw with Norwich and they even deserved to lose.

On a side note, Tom Ince scored and assisted on his debut for Crystal Palace.

Wished spurs and everton would have drawn. Would be nice to have a little bit more of a gap. I still feel spurs will probably be the bigger competition in the long run for us for fourth.

In other news, united got scored on in the 94th minute and drew Fulham at home. 9 points behind us, which means they need to win 3 games that we lose from now on. It's gonna be a big game at OT now, and if we win that will essentially end United's hopes for fourth (funny some of them still saying they're in the title race) unless something drastic happens between now and then.

I've been saying for a long time that they're out of the CL race but people didn't want to hear it. Can we finally say that they're out? It's 9 points now.

Manure have been out of the CL race for a long time. For me its only everton who we should be wary of...spuds are too inconsistent and will prob lose against newcastle on wednesday.

Just seen the results, WBA get a late equaliser against Cheaski, 1- 1.

Victor Anichebe  is shown the yellow card for excessive celebration   :;):

Just watched the game on a Wiziwig stream. West Brom played a very similar game to when then played us. Poor in the first half and very good in the second half. Chelsea were no great shakes. Excellent equaliser from Anechebe. Depending on what Arsenal do tomorrow if we win we could be four points off the top. That'll teach Maureen to have a go at the West Brom players. Arrogant git.

Can't believe that people complained when we drew against WBA, a team that took points from all the top 7 teams, bar City. And if someone thinks that our overall performance was bad, they should have seen how Chelsea defended for their lives. Can't believe that these mugs are one of the favorites for the title.

To be fair to Chelsea they've been on a hell of a run, their last 10 results have been 8 wins and 2 draws including wins against us, City, United and a 0-0 draw at Arsenal.
This draw is a blow to them though and it's crucial that we win tomorrow and start applying pressure to these clubs above us.
Tomorrow's game is one of our biggest in the last 23 years, win that and we are genuinely in the title race with 12 games to go, it would be well and truly on.

It would be perfect if Arsenal and Man Utd. draw tomorrow. Hell, for the first time in my life, I might even want the mancs to win.

Yep, deffo, since 1990 we've only managed 2 genuine title challenges, that's an average of one every 11 and a half years so they don't come around very often, it wouldn't even bother me if United won tomorrow, I'm looking up not down.

Watching the City-Chelsea FA cup tie, City have been all over Chelsea who have only had about 2 shots all game, City just went on the attack from the start and Chelsea have had no answer to it, 2-0 to City and salah came on at the start of the second half and has been pants.
