They gave us nothing last Jan when they knew Lucas was injured long term and Suarez was facing a lengthy ban.
And God only knows what went on on deadline day this summer gone.
Ill wait and see what happens in the next 2 windows before I moan too much.
If we continue the way we're going though, it won't be long before the big clubs come in for Agger, Skrtel, Suarez, Sterling etc
Perhaps it could become a case of how we use that money when the inevitable happens?

If some rich club makes a bid and Suarez wants to leave and I wouldn't blame him if I were him(think about it, why would a world class player wants to remain in a mid table PL side where owners have not much funds to invest and a club with only its past history to boast about?). But the good news is, we can fetch a high price for him because he signed a long term contract with us. And so we can use the proceeds to sign 2 or 3 more good players. I would rather have 2 or 3 good players than 1 world class Suarez.
It is not time to judge Rodgers yet though his performance is being brought to question. He can only be objectively judged after he has been given over 100 pounds like Kenny did in summer 2011.

Downing unable to do something as simple as track the run of the player he was man-marking! Jordan Henderson crumbling under pressure and missing an open goal. Suarez shooting straight at the keeper.
Time and time again this season our players have made mistakes which have proven costly, now add the fact that we have had rotten luck with refereeing decisions and you can see where the real problem lies, it lies with the players and the need for an introduction of video technology in football! It's easy to blame Rodgers, he picks the team etc, etc, but it's not his fault that someone like Downing cannot follow his man properly or Jordan Henderson cannot put the ball into an empty net.
