Anyone else heard this? apparently its in the mail today, carson to leave liverpool, just thought id throw a bone, see who knows

Pitty if he does cos Dudek is leaving so he'd be the backup goalie, I rate the lad but he's probably frustrated cos lets be honest Reina isn't that much older, but does have more experience.

Wouldn't blame the lad if he decided to move on, it's a good point that Reina isn't really that much older than him so I suppose he's wondering if he'll ever get a chance. Reina is not world class in my opinion but he's very good, certainly good enough to be our no.1 for years to come.

From what I've seen of Carson he's good and will probably get better with age, but only if he's playing regular football. If he remains in our reserves for the next few years I can see his career stagnating. Doesn't look like Dudek is leaving in January so I'd loan out Carson for the rest of the season to start with.

Agreed that Carson probably feels he is fighting a losing battle in terms of playing 1st team football at LFC. The lad probably has an eye on the World Cup squad after some excellent performances for the U21's. He can't be far off with James ageing and no-one else, other than Carson (in my eyes) challenging Robinson!!

Check yourself fool - Carson signed for LFC from Leeds a couple of years ago.

Think you may have Carson mixed up with young lad we signed from MKDons.

Perhaps we should send him out on loan for a few months. Good performances will drive up his value before we sell him.

If Carson is going to leave it will only be on a loan. Dudek has been offered a loan by Koln but we aren't interested in a loan, we want 3 million for Jerzy.

it would be a shame because he isnt a bad back up keeper and is one of those that could end up a top keeper or at the same time maybe disapear into the championship.

Cant be on big wages so if we can, I would keep him..

Has anyone seen bobby mimms son play in the youth team ?

its best if he goes out on a season long loan to get experience rather than being sold.
