Well they do have alot of options in attack, all good players as well. Never understood why they bought Lukaku when they have a player like Sturidge in the team. But it's their money so who gives a f*ck.

If Sturridge was at a club like Newcastle, Sunderland, Bolton, etc.. I have no doubt he'd be able to bank in 10-15 goals in a season.

He's a very good player and chelsea are screwing him right now.  Lukaka has potential and everything, but they have a gem in their hands that they refuse to help grow.

I can't see them signing Mata AND Modric to be honest.

To be honest, that's chelsea's plan, Mata AND Modric.

They want to have a winger AND a midfielder, but I think AVB will go for Moutinho as a cheaper option

Mata isn't a natural winger though is he?

Even with us having Suarez the attacking options Chelsea now have plus what City have got is difficult to compete with.

SSN reporting possible straight swap deal Meireles for Sturridge.

We need another striker but I'd be sorry to see Meireles go.

Surely they don't want Mata, Modric and Meireles too?

I dont see us selling Meireles.  We're not a selling club anymore and we need depth.
Once Raul is fit he'll replace Hendo in the starting 11.

Is he not fit? He looks as fit as he was last year which means he can't last 90 mins, but I don't see why you think that is going to improve? I like Merieles, I just don't know where he fits in
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

Kenny commented yesterday that he had a few injury problems in pre-season and that's why he's been eased into the side in the first couple of matches.

MOTD commented about N'gog going to Bolton, said he didn't pass his medical or something like that, anyway I don't want to lose Meireles and I'd rather we spend whatever we have left on a centre back

I agree about Sturridge as well, Chelsea really aren't helping him

According to Dirk Kuyt"s agent,Inter have approached them and he is mulling it over(And the clubs

Kuijt in dubio over voorstel van Internazionale

22/08/2011 11:53

Internazionale wil zijn selectie versterken met Dirk Kuijt. De Oranje-international wordt echter niet zomaar vrijgegeven door zijn huidige club Liverpool en heeft zelf ook twijfels.

'Dirk staat in dubio.

I dont think Kenny would let Kuyt go, unless it was a huge fee

Meireles is worth at least double what Sturridge is. Will be :censored: off if that happens.
