Would have liked him to see out the final year of his contract but I guess if he's determined to play first team football Klopp is going to respect his wishes considering we have VVD, Gomez, Matip and Lovren. Bit risky considering the injury record of Gomez, Matip and Lovren.

Fabinho can also play at CB in an emergency situation. :nod

Klavan possibly wants more first team footy but for us to lose a CB isn't good. Klavan did cover us quite a bit last season and performed decently.
Not buying a CB might bite us up the backside if we lose couple due to injuries.

The new contracts we're offering the likes of Bobby, Mane etc.. have to be paid for..... The youngsters will be next, Gomez, TAA, Robertson, it all needs to be paid for.

Dutch youngster Ki Jana Hoever joins from Ajax.

16 years of age RB or CB into our academy.

Think the obvious pathway forged by TAA and Gomez is key into beating other clubs for these talented boys.

Rumours going around that Klavan has signed for Calgary in Italy for £2m.
Good luck to him if true, he did a solid job for us whenever he was called upon.

Was it! lol, guess it was more than a rumour then. To be fair to the person who told me i didn't hear anything about it myself.
Anyway good luck to Ragnar in Italy, he wasn't a superstar or anything but when you think back he never really let us down either.

Thomas Gronnemark joins the club as a throw in coach.

No need to adjust your brightness or clean spectacles, a throw in coach.

Welcome aboard Thomas.

That's ridiculous, how hard is it to take a throw in? I learned how to do it properly when I was about 6 years old and it took about 5 minutes, never threw a foul throw in my life after that.
Maybe this fella is like a javelin coach or something and he wants to teach them how to throw a ball like Rory Delap?

These players are overpaid children, they'll have cooking coaches, filling in forms coaches and people to pay their milk bills for them. People to organise house cleaning, laundry and life skills coaches. I agree... normal people learn that at a young age but if a throw in coach wasn't necessary, believe me they wouldn't waste money on one....

The fella holds the world record for the longest throw in = 56 yards !

But apparently he's here to coach the "tactical" aspect of throw ins not necessarily just distance or technique.
