I really hope not.  29 and we dont need him.  Lets go and get a younger hungry striker who will improve.

At 5m yes as a back up. But 10m? They're having a laugh with this one.

I'd rather have forlan for 10m than crouch. I dont want him either. lets get Guiza, Huntelaar or Pavluychenko as understudy. We can get the big name in january with our new found money:D

No he didn't, Benitez sold him to fund the Keane transfer. We all know how that turned out.

I would welcome him back, there was no real footballing reason to sell him.

He probably became disillusioned under Benitez if anything, one week he'd scored a brace and for the next two he'd be sitting on the bench p[robably thinking 'what have I done wrong'.

Interestingly would you guys rather have Crouch or Remy? That's what Redknapp is doing by selling Crouch, freeing up space for Remy.

Yeah I wouldn't mind Crouch back, he's always been effective one way or another and knows how to finish, we would have to ensure carra doesn't hoof the ball up the pitch to him every 5 mins though like last time.

There's a big difference to agreeing to a move instigated by Benitez, because in the long run you can see more playing chances, to actually handing in a transfer request.

Crouch was a victim of Benitez transfer and squad rotation policy. I sure he never handed in a transfer request.

If we do buy Crouch back, please lets not play him on the left wing. That was a resounding failure the last time we gave it a go.
