Honestly, I think Carroll is going to struggle further under Rodgers. People keep saying “he isn’t bad on the floor”, but he’s not particularly good is he? At best he is average and average just is going to cut it. Let’s be honest, if he wasn’t so good when the ball is in the air he wouldn’t be anyone near a top 10 premier league club.

However I see him not only impressing at the Euros but also playing a key part next season. He looked an entirely different player towards the end of the season.

Rodgers isn't stupid and he will see Carroll as a key asset not a benchwarmer.

We have a new manager and Im feeling optimistic. I believe he already knows how good Carroll is and how he will help him achieve the success he wants

Eagle if you think he isnt upto it on the floor i must be watching a differenr game.
The last few months of the season he has come into his own and looks like the player we bought.

Cant wait to see him in the euros and more importantly carrying on from where he left off at the end of the season when the new one starts.
