Has there been an offical announcement from the club then that all the signings are flops ?

why dont you have a day off? these rediculous responses dont do you any favours, you simply come across as some kind of deluded crusader.

I'll have a day off the minute I see people stop talking as if it's fact that signings have flopped .

A friend of a friend seen him out in Newcastle last year and commented on how poorly he was playing and Andy replied with "i dont care, im still getting paid".

Dont know how true this is but he seems adimant he's not lying.

Most accept that our some of our big money signings haven't worked out...which means they have, for all intents and purposes, failed. Which...to put it another way, means they've flopped.

Most ? Really ? Don't you mean 10 or so posters on a forum have written them off after just 20 games ?

Lucky for us the people that know what they are talking about and know the game give them just a bit longer.

Newcastle are a basket case of a club, that however is some business. A very rare moment in their recent history when they came up trumps. When you think they sit above us after they effectively spent nothing, and just used the Carroll fortune. They are a different team from a year ago, and fair play to them.

That is probably one of the most impressive lineup one can assemble today for that money. It's even hard to do it with 2,5-3 times that money.
