let him off the leash against blackburn.

i hope he is starting at blackburn mic, i got me tickets and can't wait

really looking forward to seeing him back out there on the pitch and hoping for a good game and some goals as they seem to have dried up a lot of late

To right mate. Lets hope he`s injury free now untill the last second of our last game in the season where he sprains something and has to rest though the summer untill pre-season starts.

Can't see Rafa playing him from the start. He's way too conservative for that...

He`ll get some minutes tomorra and will deffinitely start against rovers, I`ll be shocked if he doesnt.

if rafa started him for tonight and saturday then we have no excuses for the Spain coach not to...

we'll see on the weeknd, but this may be another example of  machievelian scheming from the goatee-wearing iberian porker  :bowdown

It was a shabite pitch right enough, plus it was a cartilage problem he`s coming back from not a strain or pull so you wouldnt want to be bringing him back on a sh!te pitch in bad conditions.
Maybe he`ll get the first hour on the weekend,be supprised if he doesnt get a decent run out.

would still like him to start on sunday, the pitch was cr*p last night so maybe rafa kept him off because of that or maybe he just didn't want them kicking lumps out of him as well

get a good hour under you belt on sunday lad and a nice brace to go with it :;): :;):

I'd keep him in reserve, maybe give him 30 minutes on Sunday as a run out. Reason being it's BLACKBURN at home and they've won only once on the road in the Premiership all season. And Nando might be tired from the flight and sitting on the edge of his seat on the bench itching to get on and put a hat-trick past the Romanians as a SUPERsub

EDIT : I think I heard mention that Rafa may not use him on Sunday at all, see if he dons a white bib. The danger to not using him might be that Spain see him as rested, perhaps come on for 10 mins on Sunday and "limp" off ;)

:D i heard he is on the treatment bench getting the splinters removed....

no mate IF he is fit enough he should start, tell spain to go fecking take a running jump

i know blackburn have only won 1 away from home and that is why we should go straight at them from the off if we got an early goal there heads would be thinking fecking hell here we go again and the confidence the players would get from a good prem result wouldn't harm the lads at all

not likely - del bosque appears to love throwing his weight around regarding torres

What was the point in taking him all the way to Romania and back when Rafa clearly had NO intention of playing.

All good and well saying he is back in the fold, wants to be back amongst his team mates etc but surely he would have been better training/resting up in Liverpool and preparing himself for the weekends game...

and if we'd gone 2-0 behind and torres was sat in liverpool?  :D

everything went according to   plan so he wasn't required - is that so strange?  :idea
