Kenny, seriously mate, i'm thinkin of takin u up on meetin u at the arkles if ya carry on dissin Owen

Nar seriously, Can you honestly say you've seen a better player live when he was at his best. I can't. I've seen a few as good, but none actually better. He just oozed class everytime he was on the pitch. Even last season and the one before he still shown it. Can you imagine Owen at his best in this team now? This to me now looks the most Balanced and creative Liverpool side i've seen since i actually understood the game properly. For the first time ever it seems as if we're build a side which is capable of battering teams and keeping a clean sheet. Its still early days, but to me this is starting to look very promising.

Owen had become disllilusioned imo. Hence the reason he had two poor seasons. Yet still managed 47 from 92 starts, 5 of which were sub appearances.

If you watched him play he had lost confidence in the people around him with the exception of Gerrard. His game was inconsistent but he did show ALL aspects of his game. He'll get back to his best and once again be recognised as one of the top 5 or 6 in world.

Stu, let me mention just a few. Daglish, Rush,Aldridge,Beardsley,Barnes. St john, Hunt,Liddle.(liddlepool) Jimmy Melia, sorry, your your a bit toung for that one.

He had lost confidence in all people around him? This must be the stupidest claim ever to be made on this forum. So I guess everybody was to blame except Owen? When he performed like a pile of dirt, it was all the others fault? Maybe you don't believe in holocaust either? No jews were killed during the war? You need counseling old dog. Maybe someone can help you get your head fixed.

stu you are as thick as pig.sh.it...I can well believe you haven't seen anyone better than Owen because you never went to the game before he scored against Arsenal in the fa cup final.That was the day you fell in love..and true love is blind.

This shows you've never played the game lad. Don't sit there and tell me it doesn't affect your game when you're playing with players who aren't as good as yourself and you're playing in a team which is lacking form and confidence.

You stop running into the space because you don't get the pass, you don't want to pass the ball to certain players because you won't get it back or they'll lose it, you think... whats the point in me doing all that running when they just stand there, you stop closing players down because you recieve no help, you become mentally drained and lose faith in your team which seriously damages your game.

When Owen's on form he's unstoppable. Any KNOWLEDGABLE person will back that up. You're the one who slates Owen, Carragher, Kirkland and Murphy because they are english.

Infact i'm starting to think you're a racist little maggot.

Do you honestly believe Baros is better than Owen? Also was it you that said Hyypia should be replaced?

I'm sure theres other corkers u've come out with aswell... can't think off the top of me head.
