Yes I guess so as the 'controllers' of modern religion have lost interest in following up their hollow words with definitive action.

If they are committed to caring for the welfare of the world population (the greater flock) they should be running parallel operations to Oxfam and Unicef out there in the field during disasters providing relief.

IMHO, religions are hollow words - good on the ear for sure as Sabre pointed out - but with no follow up not actions when so many natural and manmade disasters and examples of poverty exist that so dearly need non-political intervention to protect the innocent.

for tens if not hundres of THOUSANDS of years humans walked the savanahs of Africa, and it was a mighty struggle to survive. Not sure if they had much time for ideology. No evidence for it anyway.

could you please be more specific when you say "purest form"

neither of those videos talk much if at all about how the religion has been missuesd by bad people, it talks about the fundamental teachings.

I feel sorry for them!! they go in August with the same white shirt at 40 degrees here!

But they never stopped me, they do their stuff in the streets, but I have never heard anyone complaining.

never had mormons round.. always get jehovahs witnesses, but they are harmless...

jesus christ church of latetr day saints, now thats a scary bunch,... went on a date with a gal once to that, turned out as i smoke im going to hell. some woman there stood up to say she had a miscarriage and she was happy her unborn baby was going to hell.. very scary

The thing is, over centuries we as humans have misused religion for power, greed and politics, hence we use it as an excuse for all the evil doings thats happening on Earth till now.
