Yesterday Sabre made an offensive post about Bam and myself, yet NONE of the mods did anything about it.

Yet my response was quickly deleted. Was my post any worse than Sabre's that was seemingly thought fit for posting.

Considering you are well known for chugging down c0ck on here in your own obsequious and sycophantic manner and have been for the last couple of years Sabre I find your post highly amusing and ironic. You have been Teabagged more than Tetley's.Its no wonder your name is Sabre with all the pork swords you have swollowed.

You than go on to form your usual duet of mutual a$$ kissing with your favourite partner while attacking others. You make me laugh if nothing else Sabre and believe me you are nothing.

I will edit this post if requested, but I would first like an answer as to why there is seemingly differing treatment ..... or is Sabre "special"

Your response was as bad as Sabre's post and that's why I deleted both of your posts (and several others) and locked that thread (just as I'll soon do with this one, after you've edited your initial post). Then, as you know, I sent all of the parties involved the same PM, in which I asked each of you to stop acting like children calling each other names in the schoolyard. In the same PM I pointed out that the "but he started it!!!" excuse had been done to death and that, as far as I'm concerned, you're all as bad as each other. So, asking me why I didn't card so and so for such and such is pointless: you've all been winding each other up for so long that you're all good value for cards and if that's what it takes, so be it.

But, as I also made clear in my PM, there's another way. You all agree to ignore each other from here on out and get back to posting good stuff. FFS, you guys are part of the furniture around here. You're all decent blokes and you all care deeply about the team and many of the people on these boards. Is it really too much to ask to put your petty differences aside for the good of this board? I f.ucking despair sometimes, I really do. :no

1/ you didn't delete Sabres post..... its still there, you asked Sabre to edit it
2/You did delete my post ....... you never gave me the same courtesy
3/You did nothing about Sabres post when you were on earlier today

those are the facts mate.

Like you, Bob, I also know perfectly what you're going to say when you manage those situations.

And through experience, you should have noticed that no matter how eloquent and peace keeping you try to be, you won't get the desired effect.

The desired effect, that is, getting back to lack of petty discussions, will only be achieved if you card me.

So, please, card me if that gives these guys their prozac and they come back to ignoring me. Please, do. I couldn't care less, it's all they've wanted for a long time, you think that I'm part of a problem in newkit, I don't care in the slightest...

give me that bloody card and close this thread FFS. :laugh:

Well myself and barry were carded for sh!t stirring without any warning or request to edit posts, I think the problem is the lack of consistency, of course this inconsistency seems to rear it's head when certain posters are involved, in fact I doubt it's got anything to do with consistency, it is just pure bias.

It's easy to tell posters to moderate themselves but the fact is after such a long time on this forum I know this will never happen. The problem has always been the lack of consistency, if one person is carded for a particular thing then everyone should be carded who does the same, with no exceptions. I feel until this happens there will always be squabbles because those who know they have impunity are happy to cause problems
