There is a long way to go yet Bav, and I think there will be a few more twists before the end of the season. We just need to go on a good run and hope the mancs falter.

Its a shame though considering the chances we have had to extend the lead. Seems like mannure have not got the habit of dropping crucial points. To win the prem i feel we would need to win 98% of our games left. Its hard to see this happening though

just checked the table didnt know villa are doing this good lol they are creeping behind us slowly. The most consistent team will win the title without a doubt. Its really tight now a few losses to either side could change the whole complexion of the top four.

I'll feel like an as.s if Barry wins the prem, kind of throws our whole "Youll never win the Prem or play CL football at Villa." They might do both this season
Well, not win the CL, but qualify.

they move to 12th if they win their game in hand... goes to show how close it is at the bottom as well as the top... arsenal not far behind villa u know... need to stop dropping points or we might just end up... well.. fighting for 3rd or 4th

Bit premature that Bav - it's still Januaray and we're only 1 point behind the leaders.
Matt McQueen - Liverpool 1892-1928.
Only professional to - play in goal (41 appearances), Defence, Midfield, Striker,
and later be Director and then to be Manager (winning a Championship) - at one club

I know I guess most of that stems from our inabiity to take the good chance we had to widen this gap. It's just that had we turned a few of those draws to wins the league would have seemed that little bit closer to us.

If the home support at Anfield was full of people like you it'd be like a fu.cking wake every week.
Personally I think we'll start playing better now that we're chasing rather than being chased.
