He knows he has'nt got a snowballs chance in hell of getting on atal never mind regularly.Its deffo all about the ££ for him,he's lowlife that just happened to be lucky and have a gift.
I cant understand that mentality though.He wants to stay here and do nothing rather than have the opportunity of playing football!

Yeah thats true i remember that. With new players arriving at a club you will always get those that click and stick with us for many years or those that cant adjust to the team/system and leave. In pennys case he has not been able to settle himself with the team but yet wants to stay

But i have to admit rafa has made some ridiculous buys ever since his been with the reds. But who hasnt?? Every manager makes mistakes. One that i cant comprehend is what did he want to do with keane?! we had a well balanced side and only required a quality right mid attacker.

sorry mate but really disagree with you on this, why the feck should we pay his wages when he has no desire, hunger, passion to fight for his place! i say this cause if he had any principles he would own up to himself & admit he is not good enough to play for LFC & should leave with some dignity still in tact & go to a club that will give him first team football week in week out. feck me he turned down real madrid,why - cause of greed nothing else! the fecking money we would save on his wages would give us money alone to buy again end of. i can remember the game against fulham at home a couple of seasons ago when he was geting stick from alot of fans in the ground, but this bloke next to me in the kop said- La if he ever needed to prove the critics wrong this is the game to do it,i can see a few backsides sat on hands in shame if he does. i agreed at the time, as i really wanted the lad to give his all & show his love for the shirt etc & as it goes he did play well on the day,however as time as gone on, his attitude,desire etc for whatever reason has failed.

imho i just want him off the wage bill & use the money saved invested in strenghening the sqaud. as he has had his chance, didn't take it. i only hope he goes soon for the sake of everyone & prove he has some pride left- go to a team that wants him, & knows he's not a little fish in a big pond, out of his depth etc

whatever fee we get for him will be money towards a new additionfor the squad, & more money hopefully for raffa to spend,as hopefully the yank tw@ts won,tbe there in the summer to block buying etc.

Jermaine Pennant looks set to turn down a move to Portsmouth despite Liverpool accepting a bid for the player.
