Aliens visiting Earth, I'm not so sure on. I believe there are other intelligent life forms out there, so it's possible going by that opinion. Or how's this for one: the aliens (or greys) are us, or what we evolved into. Many of the great minds of the world believe in such things like dark matter and black holes, and that time travel is possible. Who am I to argue with that, and if that's possible, then anything is. I know for a fact that no one can tell me that UFO's do not exist, simply for the fact that I've seen one, and I wasn't alone when I did. Strange how when you tell people these things, they either think you're nuts, or they simply think I seen something else. I know what I saw, and it wasn't normal for what it did in the sky. Anyone reading this will think the same, but I couldn't give a toss. I'm not the kind of person to lie or be ashamed to admit such things.

About the same as on here then mate  :D

Interesting discussion, but I honestly don't understand "creationism" I thought the finding of Dinosaur fossils killed that debate off ? i.e. nothing created by god could or would be allowed to become extinct. I think the Dodo voted against it mind you.

creationists believe, as i understand it, is that we (all life) was created by intelligent design.

If you look at the diversity of life across the planet, they do have a point.

I think that the jump from single cell life to multicellular life is astonishing really. Plus, as we dont understand how that happened, its easy to put it down to god, other influences - such as an alien creator (intelligent designer) - probably from Mars? !  :alien:

However, other believe that the seeds of life came from comets (holding water), and other essential amino acids delivered from our nearest neighbour (most likely mars).

Life is fragile, and as such, conditions needed to be right for our type of carbon based life to exist and flourish.

I think everyone has heard of the primordial soup, and tbh, i think its a good start in our understanding of how life was sparked.

If we are truly alien and we were seeded by Mars!, then its only a matter of time before our ancestors visit us again. By my reckoning, those ancients, may have left our solar system millions of years ago, only to return to see how we are doing? perhaps. its a nice thought.

Man will always search for their place in the universe, and until we can master space, we may never know who we really are.

Sorry - that was my first reaction...I would understand why they wouldn't visit Limerick - their warp drive would be nicked and the poor oul' spaceship would sit by the side of the motorway on blocks....

Wasn't so much as what it looked like, mate. It's what it did. It was a very bright silver ball. The sky hadn't a cloud in it, and there was a plane passing by. I was expecting the plane to pass over it, but to my amazement it passed under it, which told me that it was very high up and very large. I kept my eye on it as it. I'd noticed it earlier in the day in a taxi. I thought nothing of it because I thought it was a kids balloon. But later I noticed it again, and while I was watching it, I took my eye off it for a split second. I looked again and it was gone. Never seen anything like it since.

Who's kind enough to debunk hoaxes and explain science in his blog -- great blog, has insisted a lot on that topic, and not always the news were so good as you mention. It's been a while I don't read about that topic though.

that is one of the big reasons why I am skepitcal? how could other life forms even know that we exist, and where we are?

Even us, with our stupid technology are being able to detect planets surrounding suns, so far giant planets like Jupiter, but some day perhaps smaller rocky planets like ours. From the spectrum of light you can know more or less what's the composition of a planet, and if you find water, there you have a candidate. We know all these things with our shitty technology.

I think it is so hard to actually try and think about how big and old the universe is, hell its hard to understand how big and old the Earth is. I think its impossible to tell what exactly the odds are of a society being as advanced or many many many many times more tech. and space tech advanced that we are currently, but for both societies to exist within the same time frame is almost impossible.

According to some calculus the number of planets capable of holding life is of the range of tens of thousands only in our galaxy. Right now. I think I read it in that blog precisely.

Considering that our sun is young, some civilizations -- let's assume we're not perfect enough to think we're the only intelligent guys in the universe -- had enough time to advance, perhaps reaching other stars with technology we cannot even understand, and outlive the life of their own sun by going somewhere else all that meanwhile we still hadn't invented fire around here.

I understand your skepticism, but the dimensions of time and space are beyond us.

Why they don't say hello if they're or they were here? perhaps for the same reason we leave some animals protected in their own environment. I understand your logic, but still it's too human-centered (mine too, we all have that bias). I'm skeptical too, it's just that my skepticism isn't strong enough to say categorically we hadn't got visitors somehow. Not talking about flying dishes, they might be even invisible -- a technology that U.S military is close to achieve btw, and not talking about stealth.

Sab have you watch the video its about 400 US goverment people comming out giving evidence about fact we have had alien tech since the 1950s we have known of alien contact since the 1940s and even dating back to 4000 BC.

There has been art work on stone works with disc like ships in air fron many CIVs.

Even roman money had pictures of flying saucers on it.

They have been commign to our planet for a long time and it isn't going to stop.

They reach us by worm holes they can create by lay lines in our magnetic field.

We have tech atm that could power the world for free and stop the bad effect fossile fuels give us.

Also we have now got crafts that can travel at speed of light.

Why don't we know about it because the black op projects leaders don't want us to know they want to have the tech so they can keep making money of the very high fuel prices so they can keep funding there research.

This project (the link at start watch it  :D ) shows it just the tip of the iceberg 21 people talk ranging from UN top secret officials , scientists from NASA , top US air force investigators , FBI , CIA , NSA.

People that it will only wreck there professional lifes to talk about it so i think they are not lieing.

Watch the damn movie then post and it will change your life if you watch it.  :alien:

why would nothing created by god beallowed to become extinct? that makes absolutely no sense, like saying there cant be a god as bad things happen and god wouldnt let that happen...

as for aliens, of course there is other life, the universe is way too big for there not to be, but why the feck would they come visit us?

There see us as a new life form and vist us to watch and learn our culture .

Way i like to think of it how you sit in garden some times and watch the ants do there thing or watch a TV program on Bee's just for fun.

Also I think even aliens don't know it all and they might see us as a missing link in there lifes , mabye they think we are closer to god as they are so advanced in tech they might have lost that aspect of there lives.

Let face its there could be alot of reasons for it but i am pretty sure they don't want to hurt us or they could have done it 1000s of years ago.

If you look for the truth on the net you can find it you just have to know how to look.  :)   :alien:

LegBarnes: I watched the video and it's a lot of serious people talking. I don't see why a Lt. Col would risk his reputation if they truly didn't believe what they saw.

Then there's astronauts like Mitchell and Aldrin confirming those.

Then you have a video of an active Belgium Colonel explaining how they pursued an UFO with their F-16, and even if he's prudent stating it's extraterrestrial at least it proves not every UFO is fake.

It's quite amazing really.

Yes i think so too i didn't have any thing to go on when i was growing up to believe the hype of aliens but after seeing this i feel there must be some truth in it.

Then more i followed this path and done my own research more i found out and more i believed its crazy , 1 year ago if you said some thing about aliens i would have called you mad.

There are more videos about just can't watch them they need donations so i think they sell it but i hear its ok to use torrent , as they put it up there for people who don't wanna risk there cash.

One of the other videos is called fastwalkers files.

Its a good watch as well as it exspands on what is said in this conference(press statement how ever you wanna look at it).

Thing i found most calming about what they said was that some of these ufo's shut down IBCM silos.

Kinda makes you feel safe some one is looking out for us.

Also liked the guy talking about how many types there is 57 of them that was crazy and thats just what they have seen.

I hope there is a galactic council that sounds cool.  :alien:

Yep, but the next time I search something about it I'll hear the other side of the story.

There are too many people that are serious claiming such things, but I always like to hear what the NASA or government say.

The best thing about what they say is they're not apparently hostile. But some of the things they say are still hard to believe, like the one saying the USA wanted to put weaponry in space precisely to hunt down EVE. The last thing you'd do is to challenge a superior technology with my shitty rockets, no?

I mean, it's always nice to hear everybody and take them seriously if they're serious, but not believing everything. Anyhow thanks for the link, I'll know where to look when I have more time.
