Usually probably get in the gym 3-4 days a week with me mate, just do the weights but nothing too heavy.

You could run the two miles to the gym and without actually going in turn around and run back home again. You'd soon be fit and save yourself a fortune.![]()
I've been in good shape most of my life was always active, hiking, climbing, swimming, karate-do etc but when I passed the big 60 even running for a bus was knackering. Reduced now to just walking and climbing the several flights of stairs to my flat.
Should really try to give up the booze and cigarettes,![]()
think youve earned the right to relax somewhat
Missus says if I get any more relaxed they'll be checking me for a pulse.
