Drag the cursor over the part you want to quote then press CTRL + C. Press the Quote button where you type then press CTRL + V then press the Quote button again to close the quote then add your reply then rinse and repeat.

i think going by what he said you just put the Quote 

at the start and end of all the bits you need and put your bits above their bits

in fact there are only 5 attempted murderers, some of the others have been sent to me by the court for other things and some are on  the course so they can see their kids again.
