The new stadium will feature enhanced amenities for the Club's supporters while preserving the history and traditions of Anfield and the Club itself.

It will be anchored by an expanded 18,500-seat standalone KOP, an increase of more than 5,000 seats.

Seen this elsewere and its a good point...

You are all aware that we haven't received planning permission for this, and that anything over 60,000 will be subject to Liverpool costing a transport infrastructure asessment which could (will?) take up a big chunk of the projected finance for this stadium, which hasn't yet been secured, and against which assets it will be secured against has yet to be revealed.
