A difficult question. There is an actress of the eighties in Spain, Rossi de Palma, who is ugly. Really ugly. sHe has a big nose and she refused (good for her and her personality) to operate it.

She's ugly as this :

I knew that she would create that reactions. No, she's not a fella, she was a model when she was young (an ugly model) and in this latter years she builds her body up.

As I say, I understand your reactions, but the lass has a great personality (
