went thru several fantasy football leagues including the ESPN one on soccernet and decided that this one is the best of the lot. pardon me if this website has been brought up here b4.

its actually managed by the primiership organization committee itself and stems from the official website and its stats used to calculate individual player's points are the official match stats, which imo, will be better than other fantasy leagues where the stats may be biased or ambigious.

basically, u have to form a team of 15. (including 4 reserves) with 100mil, transfers are avaliable free of charge until the season kicks off in a couple of weeks. Read up the rules at the web site, its pretty self - explanatory.
