All i was say was that when GH got the boot is was after him saying that he needed 2 more years and the board said they needed results fast.

How can you refer to three years of Rafa's tenureship in a statement like "why do people keep referring to this as a blip, three years is a hell of a long blip" when the three years included two European cup Finals, one won one lost (one of which was the first European Cup win fo 21 years) two domestic cup finals, one won one lost (one of which was the greatest EVER FA Cup Final) ?

Was it a blip when we beat Bayer LEverkusen, Juventus and Chelsea then AC Milan ?

3 years of making the same mistakes over and over and over and over and over and over....................................................i could go on for a whole page. when the same mistake is costing us now then it can hardly be described as a blip, teams that play consistently well have blips, teams that are inconsistent like us don't have blips, we have inconsistency, there is a big difference

This is his fourth year though I think its about right if it was a five year plan.
