I wonder when the club is gong to launch itself on a satellite channel ? As a globally supported institution with a following to match Real, the Mancs and certainly outstrip Chelsea.. why havn't we gone on air

It's a question I've been asking for years.What better way to promote yourself than continual 24 hour coverage via t.v.Sadly we have the 2nd rate service of E-Season ticket on the official site which is a stones throw away from Edisons 1st t.v. broadcast.It's a pathetic excuse for ripping off the fans.

Wouldn't it be great to see the reds, news about them, interviews, training sessions... etc on a television. Has the club never indicated plans to go on the box ? Its a shame becasue we are far behind the top clubs, in this sense too

Yeah, there is a petition knocking around on this forum somewhere to send to the TV companies or whoever about the TV Channel idea. I'll have a snoop and post it here if I find it.

And yes, the lfc.tv site is a pile of (rhymes with white), and you're right it is second rate.

I think it would be in the best interests of Liverpool if they went on air through 24 hour tv coverage.

Any TV channel would have to involve Granada, who own a share in the club.

I think they have something to do with the fact that we have no channel as yet.

As you can see from this forum we have loads of fans overseas, especially in the far east, and it would be a great way for them to follow the club more closely, as well as everyone else in England and Ireland.
