Some words are just too easily discarded   :D

flue definition .1.  A pipe, tube, or channel for conveying hot air, gas, steam, or smoke, as from a furnace or fireplace to a chimney.

First I got Corrie at 7.30 and then again at 8.30 and I have to try and fit the washing up and the forum in as well....

Hardly time for a girl to draw breath!!

Gotta watch the clock, just 5 more mins to my next Corrie fix...

Dont forget to fit Big Brother into that list Shanks !

Not really a Big Brother fan, Jkop...

Although quite like Ziggy after all....  :;):

Anyways my list is long enough with: Corrie, Home and Away,
and Neighbours....

Corrie scripts are quite funny....David is hilarious...
It always makes me giggle...

I would have you down for a Corrie fan as well, but maybe I'm wrong...  ???

I watch most of the soaps because the wife does and i cant be bothered moving out of the room, im a lazy man. :D

:D

But a sensible one...  :p

No way I can get a ticket Woof, there's only a few concerts in this tour in Spain, and there's been lots of fans fighting for a ticket, the touts price must be ridiculous.

Pretty impressed with the parafernalia of trucks and equipment they've brought (I live close to the stadium), even bigger than the one U2 brought I'd say.

My son (who is 15) had his mate over and he stayed to tea...

I think my son's mates always dread staying to tea as my cooking leaves alot to be desired and I don't eat the same as them as I'm a veggie....

(well it's not that bad) But tonight it was....

I managed to burn the bacon....  :sniffle

Gave it to my foxes...but even they seemed to be strugglin' with it!  :D

Nicest thing about Frey Bentos pies the pastry that you eat layer by layer until you get to something that resembles dog food underneath  :shifty

red37 wrote:Ive had personal experience of one of these types of 'rude sugary games' some years back when i was in digs.

An old flame of the time and me were having a quiet night in. Just had our tea - Id made fresh potato cakes with one of them Fray bentos pies and opened a tin of broad beans (yak) to go with em,  we had that and washed it all down with a cold bottle of 'Shloer' (or was it Pomagne?)  anyhow, halfway through Minder, out pops a Marathon from her bag and the voluptuous bint proceeded to both undo the wrapper with one hand aided by her teeth and slip one of her fingers up inside her frock to pull down what can only be described as the skimpiest pair of bumscratchers to be seen upon the shelves of Primark at the time (this was circa: 1983 mind)  Oh, and to those who aren't in the know...Marathon is the correct name for a f**kin' Snickers bar!  :no  (same as Opal Fruits is - re: Starburst) and so on and so forth....(f***kin EU and USA)

Anyhow, by this time my eyes were on sticks, not to mention something else shaped of a similar fashion, lurking down south in me strides.  :eyebrow

So without further ado, out flayed these two very grabbable thighs, and with a bit of deft manoevering on the couch and with triumphant legs akimbo.....the puddled cow took the choccy bar in one hand and with the other, opened sesame for all the world to see  (up until that point in time i had absolutely NO idea where the term 'Black hole of Calcutta' was derived....)  However, i was soon to find out!

She then unceremoniously delivered the whole thing straight up there!!  Then had the audacity to give me one of 'them' looks, as if to say 'Well? aren't you going to get it back out?"

Too right i was!

Ill not go into detail (any further than i already have) but save to say, it made a pleasant change to be picking bits of peanut out me teeth for half an hour after, instead of the ubiquitous pubes that haunt a man for all his sins. For a penny i will, indeed   :wwww

I think its the way you right it mate, with your vocabulary choice.

I was on the edge of my seat waiting for the rest of it, you made it sound like such a good porn story,I had the scene pictured in my head.   :D

Marathons and Opal fruits rule  :buttrock , fecking Snickers and starburst how American.

I always thought that was the best bit .  :) The pastry was often undercooked (apart from the top layer) and resembled that rubbery skin you get on cold day old porridge .
