Didn't have the money so was never gonna get to go to athens. instead was gonna fly over to liverpool for the game but have an exam the day of the final so that was out the window. So now its the local for me!!

friggin 'ell i remember it was like this 2 years ago, couldn't find a cheap hotel in liverpool for love nor money. didn't fancy staying with the rellies cos they're both about 130 so ended up watching it in a local boozer here, full of mancs

this year i'll be munching prawn sandwiches... going on a corporate freebie (thank you legal & general

) at the radisson manchester airport. massive screen, free dinner & free booze. everybody will be in suits but trust me, the suits are a facade - these things always end up in booze carnage just like anywhere else :buttrock

plus i work for myself so no matter how bad my behaviour i don't have to explain it to anybody in the morning :laugh:

i'd rather be watching in liverpool but free booze goes a long way

I will be watching in the sports bar, Central London, its usually full of Reds, fu(kall chelski in the semi. Will be rammed get there before 5.30
