Wasn't it Roma fans who went round behaving like thugs when we played them in the European cup in the 80's?

Thanks for the welcome, you guys seem like a nice bunch.

Anyways I didn't get any of the "Milan suck, so do you" stuff, therefore I am grateful.

How do you feel before the match? Anyone of you booked his/hers ticket to Athens? Do you expect a large scoreline? A close match?

Well, we wouldn't say Milan suck because we recognise acheivment and quality when we see it. Those things demand respect for not just LFC supporters, but for football supporters the world over.

And I can see a very close match and not the madness of Istanbul.

Well, first let me explain something. Milan fans aren't racist - on the contrary. Milan has been out of favor during the WW II because of it's English origin. As you might know it was formed by an Englishman as A.C. Milan Football and Cricket Club. Furthermore, it's known for it's left wing supporters, many of them working class.

Every team has it's ultras. They are the "hard core fans". It would be funny to deny that Milan has them. However they aren't the most aggressive (Palermo and other southern Italian clubs have die hard fans). So as long as it's a cracking game and both sides show the will to behave, I am sure that we'll have a great match supported by great stadium show.

I trust you. I'm Spaniard and we have the same problem with the ultras aswell.

But let me tell you something. The rest of the fans, those of us who hate racism, are guilty a bit aswell of not combatting those ultras. Clubs, authorities, and the rest of the crowd with their disapproval must wipe out those racist-nazi ultras out of the stadiums.

I know SS Lazio and other crowds are more shameful than the Milan AC one, but we must wipe out those ultras out of the stadiums.

I agree, but I don't live in Italy, nor am Italian. I've been to only one Milan match live because it's quite expensive journey to take. However I have always said that players play for the fans, and if fans fail to behave - players lose their purpose.

I hope the fact I'm not Italian doesn't affect your opinion on me :)

OOT'er     :D

No it wouldn't mate.

Being one of the most successful teams in the world means you attract fans from all over the world.

Liverpool and AC Milan both do this from their performances on the field.

Where you from by the way and why dont you have a go an answering the questions I set the AC Milan fans, since your here.
