As I keep trying to say, I expressed my reservations to the big boys about you being a mod, but as contrived as that may sound, I'm trying to make the point that being a mod and being a good poster can be two separate things. I admit that I should have kept my nose out, but then I wouldn't be the bollox that I am, would I?

Anyway, what am I worried about, sure its only the internet. :idea

Now that everyones calmed down 5 points that really could do with answering

1/ How many people complained (or just stated their point of view) about peewee's appointment
2/ Why did anyone complain (or feel the need to state their point of view)what exactly has peewee done wrong
3/ Did the mods get asked for their opinion
4/ If so did the mods back peewee
5/ if not why not

I agree with a lot of what you are saying JBG, but he's trying to take it up with LFC, and from what i've read hasn't really been given a proper reason for his dismissal?

How do you appoint someone and then sack him two weeks later for no apparent reason. Comlaining mebers can't be it cos most established mebers have posted in favour of peewee's appointment.

Strange decison.

What a shower of pathetic little creatures!

I watched 300 last night and that was a really great film of men being men and having 'pride' within their small part of the world!
