close call between Carra and Kuyt for me, I pick Kuyt. He works ever so hard for the team, when he does not score, he chips in with crucial assists. Carra is now back to his very best.

Sky Sports went for Gerrard who as always was brilliant as well, but I fucking hate Sky Sports for the way they can't see past him, therefore the deaf and blind pricks (metaphorically speaking of course) who believe everything Sky Sports serves to them on a plate as Gospel, forget we have ten other players who sometimes might deserve a mention occasionally as well.

Had to be Carra for me too. He's had one or two uneasy displays this season but today was the Carra we've grown to worship :bowdown .
Ditto Jonny; I can't for the life of me fathom how Sky chose Stevie G as MOM. It wasn't one of his best games but by no means was he poor today; he just went about his game with a quiet efficiency today, I even at one point turned to me ald fella and said is Gerrard on the pitch!
Carra was IMMENSE though today. You could see and hear him organising everyone on the pitch which you need when playing these big games.
A notable nod goes to Kuyt for his hard work up front and excellent finish for the goal and Pennant was very good today showing some signs again of improvement.

I thought Kuyt was our MOTM, in all fairness.

The lad was just EVERYWHERE, scoring a crucial goal, and even tracking back and blocking shots.

The lad's a fricking warrior.

JC was immense, Pennant finally scored, and Aurelio proved that he IS a good player with some f*cking astounding tackles.

Everyone played well.

Everyone except those dressed in blue. :D

Carragher for me. Kuyt a close second but i just think he maybe should have scored another goal. Maybe harsh but its tough at the top. Carra didn't give Drogba a fu*king inch. He was absolutley superb, because drogba can score from fu*k all and luckly carra didn't give him fu*k all.

Moment of the match for me, that was.  I was bricking it that they had a free kick in a dangerous position at a pivotal moment in the match...I really thought we'd be made to pay.  Then that happens.  Tell you what, I've thought for a long time that Ballack was one of the most overrated players in world football.  Nothing he's done this season has put a dent in that notion for me.  Everyone's on about Sheva but at least he gives it a go.  Ballack looks like he can't be a.rsed.  Works for me!  :D

Exactly, he was sh*t and has been ever since he moved to Chelsea. He's just having one big pay day and fair enough to him i reckon if RA is prepared to pay that sort of cash. Complasentcy is going to creep in sooner or later.
