After the 4 Italian clubs Juventus,Lazio,ACMilanand fiorentina were charged and sentenced a fifth club Reggina has now been charged.

Reggina face match-fixing trial

Reggina president Foti had his phone line tapped
Italian club Reggina have become the fifth club ordered to stand trial over allegations of match-fixing.
An Italian Football Federation (FIGC) spokesman said its prosecutor, Stefano Palazzi, had charged the Serie A side with sporting fraud.

The move comes after reports the telephone conversations of Reggina president, Lillo Foti, were tapped.

All Italian clubs involved in this should be banned from Europe for at least 2 seasons, it's time to be harsh on these fkn cheats.

i completely agree with you- i was surprised when they initially relegated all the teams to the 2nd division- although unsurprised when they were all moved back up!! What a joke- who did they bribe that time??

If they're not going to relegate them then they have to hit them elsewhere and ban them from Europe!!

I've nothing against the teams personally but if they've been cheating then they need to pay for it. It's a shame as most of those teams involved should finish where they did anyway so what's the point in cheating??!!
