IMHO Bellamy and Saviola are not at the same level as a footballer, I think Saviola is a great striker.
That said, it must be said aswell that none Barcelona nor Sevilla have done huge efforts to keep him in the team... rumour has it that he's not the best player atmosphere-wise in the dressroom.
But as a striker he's more than pace, his movements are very clever, and while he doesn't help a lot defending or pressing the opposition, he's not this kind of player that is caught on off side 6 times a game.
But, I guess it's pointless to keep talking about him if he's not going to come.

but really if bolton could get him surely we should just go for it for sake of it saviola would basically be a faster crespo and crespo hasnt done to bad at them russian cu*ts so be worth the gamble
