With all due respect, Basque COuntry is home of the one of the most valued cooking in the world. We basically like eating well here.

I have some delicious dishes to suggest, but, that's the part of my english (fishes, kinds of meats, etc) that I haven't worked. I'll prepare some suggestions.

Sabre, I love anything 'valued' and have tried some basque cooking previously. Bring it on!!!  :)

I live in the Brixton area of London , (it's like the Caribbean without the sun and sea) most popular local dishes seem to be Curried Goat and Jerk Chicken .

Don't know what they taste like ,being english I stick to a Vindaloo from the "Bombay Tandoori"

:D
