I am no expert on streaming but here goes with my advice:
1) go to this site http://www.streamsports.net/P2P.html
2) download and install SOP
3) go to this page http://www.tvmix.net/fichas/1-2-16:00-61301.html
4) click on the ESPN icon underneath Sopcast

Media Player should now launch with the stream.

I'm not being funny but, I ain't going to sign up to any of these sights. It seems too much of a risk as I heard people are cracking down on sites like this. Which ever way you look at it, I am only watching if you don't have to sign up. I'd rather go into town and watch it on the norweigen channel in pubs.

it opens the ESPN channel with WMP, but then it shows a few seconds of commentary on something over and over.

I've got it by following the instructions. You don't have to sign up to anything! Simply download and install the SOP thing then go to link. It's showing wrestling at the minute...

As i said, i am not an expert hehe, mostly figured this stuff out through trial and error. Try pasting this into the URL in the channel box sop://211.152.42.231:3917/official/espn

Does anyone know any free links which will work with macs? I have WMP so anything with that or Real player would do

My anti-virus is blocking that SOP
