I cannot believe how many fans showed up today, but more important there was again no anger vented at the 3 people who are dragging this club downhill. What is the point in booing the team????The ultimate responsibility belongs to houllier moores and parry and this is where fans anger should be aimed cuz they dont seem to be taking the hint that there must be changes and quick.Houllier yet again unbelieveably escaped the fans anger after yet again making shocking mistakes in the team selection, formation and the total lack of any coherent pattern of play. This of course is nothing new and we have put up with it for way too long now.In any other club in any other country he would have been f##ked out long ago and yet the arrogance of the man to suggest his position is safe for next season and is not up for debate. He lost the plot a long time ago and moores and parrys sympathy for him should have run out a long time ago.I feel they do not value the fans opinion and they have lost any respect I had for them and should go with that goon houllier.
Smith to Shankly:My thigh is a bit sore, but I think I could play.
Shankly to Fagan:Tell him,Joe.He has got no chance of playing.
Smith to Fagan:Tell him to sod off.It is not his leg,it's mine.
Shankly to Smith:Oh no son.You are wrong, son. It is not your leg.
It is Liverpool Football Club's leg.

Actually we have only taken one point from a possible nine.

Really disappointed with that show today..but then ...its not surprising anymore. This was my 8 yr old sons first time at Anfield and a goal wouldve been nice  :(  Mind you -he thought it was the greatest thing hes ever seen..From the people on the street...to the anfield stewards ...I salute you for making his day so very special!!

just saw the highlights and its ruined my whole day completly. As soon as i saw the team selection i knew what was gonna happen. From what i could tell we did f##k all first half and only did anything decent in the last 15 mins. we easily could have lost fulham missed two absolute sitters. Ive been saying it for ages houllier needs to go and fast, his tactics and selections are beyond a joke. Were only on a measly 50 points, in any other season that would have got us about 9th!

Firstly to start with whats already been said.
Smicer and Cheyrou instead of Baros/Heskey and Diouf (stupid). I dont even know what houllier was doing playing Cheyrou forward I bet this is one time you were wshing Heskey started (as long as he replaced Cheyrou) or Baros.

Now I'm going to be truthful and admit that I didnt see the whole match. I was doing the flooring i my livingroom but had the TV on the match and I only looked when I heard the commetater getting excited + I seen highlights on the premiership so you can say that my opinion isnt much valid as I didnt see the full 90min.

Smicer had something like 5 chances to score. He had an open goal (same chance as John (It think) of Fulham) he should have scored.

Owen-when Baros passed it to him and he took a touch and then shot but his shot was blocked I taught he should have hit it first time.

The last 10 or so minutes we really pushed up but could not break them down. I remember in the first half Volz had a shot now how could a full back get a shot because they were the ones pushing up for a lot of the first half.

I agree with someone there who said not to boo the players but to boo Houllier. Completely agree with that.
Booing the players wont achieve anything it will only damage moral. I think Houllier has to go ,no more chances ,its over ,bye-bye.

Also someone there said that if Houllier stays will be relagation threatened I think this is a stupid comment ti make as even with Houllier as our manager this couldnt happen with our squad.

I know mate I think we still have a slim chance of fourth I seriously doubt Newcastle will beat Villa tommorrow and I doubt that Newcastle will beat Chelsea at home. chelsea are excellent away.

Now u guys know, why Fergiue, Wenger & Robon are "astonished" whenever GH gets criticism.

They all know that if GH is in charge liverpool will never be a competitor to them. No wonder Wenger is having a laff with GH.

And what the hell must Baros do to get into the starting lineup. Heskey has 1 good game every 6-7, and he gets in pretty easy......... :p

Why did we start with Owen on his own up front?!?!?!?!?!? When are we going to find a penalty taker who is confident enough to score? Good to see someone other than Owen take it, but Gerrard didn't strike it very well at all :( I think we will only get fourth if we beat Newcastle and maybe then only if we win the next three games as well. Newcastle are now in the box seat, I can't see them throwing it away from here on in. They are 1 point behind with two games in hand, fourth spot is theirs to throw away, it is out of our hands :(

Time for us to cut our losses. Some think we may be going back to square one by getting shot of Houllier now and think we should give him more time - that just means we'll be back at square one later rather than sooner, the distinct possibility being we'll get a lot worse before we get better. We have Gerrard, Owen and some other good players - will they stay much longer if Houllier does?

Does anyone know how many penalties we've missed this season and how many extra points we would have if they had all gone in??
I watched Soccer Saturday on Sky and Rodney Marsh was commentating - it sounded like we were giving away possession for fun.  I just couldn't face watching the Premiership for the highlights.
Also Murphy also seems to be on the bench when we have a pen.  He is our most competent pen taker - I don't think i've ever seen him miss.

Every one keeps blaming the manager but the players (apart from Gerard) are not giving the team enough. I see so many players walking  and not pressing when they lose the ball. The team has no spirit. If Michael Owen wants CL football then maybe he should start scoring fcuking goals. If you cant earn your way into CL then u should not play in it. It is as if they are trying to get rid of the manager by playing half-heartedly. Have never felt so negative about the team.

I travelled back from the USA the early hours of saturday morning.I was convinced after my friends/brother told me the story of the Charlton game that Houllier would play Baros from the start.Just as we parked the car up..shock Cheyrou in,Baros on the bench, then again past buffonery from GH tells me he picks the side to spite common opinion. The man is arrogant to the extreme, the board...weak at times of crisis.A draw was a fair result despite the more corners we had, another Houllier manifestation that corners are a sign you are the better team.I say scoring from corners would be better..you know and I know a goal from one corner is better than no goals from 10.All the blame can not be heaped at the french-man's door, some of the players are an embarrassment to the red shirt.Anyway after 32 hours of no sleep I was happy the game gave me no reason to go on the p#ss so I went home and staight to bed.Thank you GH for creating such a wonderful sleeping drug, that is our once great club.
