Cisse for defoe?

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

With Cisse looking ever more likely to move in the january transfer window, would Cisse for Defoe be a good deal? I saw defoe play for spurs tonight and i think he would be a good addition to our squad.

Thoughts?

The question is, why is Defoe on the bench at Spurs? Jol has prefered Keane and Mido up front and Defoe has been on the bench for quite some time now. If he can't get do what Jol wants him then how will he do it for Benitez?

I would love to see Defoe at anfield and with 'spurs reportedly sniffing 'round Djib there may possibly be a deal in the works; however i don't think it'd be a stright swap i think they'd have to give us something like £5 million cash as well as Defoe  :p  only joking, i think we'd possibly have to give them around £5 million with Djib.

in Rafa and Parry's eyes, Cisse will be worth a lot more money than you guys think.....Defoe is a handy stiker, but i wouldn't say he's worth more than 9 million.

A bit too like-for-like if you ask me.
Defoe seems to be a bit of a sulker.

I hear Tottenham fans think Defoe doesn't have enough awareness.

Oh here we go. Mr Wind-up 2005 believes a player who is warming a mediocre teams bench is too good to join the European Champions!!!
Either that or he wouldn't see a joke if it was written in 10' letters on his bedroom ceiling when he wakes up.

Explain yourself, gimp.

What the hell are you talking about?
The only possible way that sentence makes sense is if you are insulting yourself, albeit sarcastically.

Am I to assume you cannot justify your statement, and that you have a brain even an Ameoba would refuse?

He had some problems with his knee.

And trust me if we got Cisse for Defor as a straight swap i would be more than happy but i dont think they would let him go cheap at all.
