Hearing rumours today that Nando is going to Newcastle on loan (or maybe Bolton) for 1 year to get used to the EPL.

Pongo and/or Mellor also out on loan for the seaon.

Making plenty of room for Owen and making it possible to keep Cisse!!

Also heard a strange rumour that Everton offered £7m for Hyppia :laugh:

Also, hearing that Woodgate is coming to us from RM.

I think it's gonna be amad week before the deadline with loads of activity, Bring it on!! :buttrock

Dont know if this is silly season or not but the People today reports that SG is joining the English squad against the wishes of Rafa. Hope this is not true or it contradicts his comments when he signed his new contract. If he couldnt play for us on Friday then I think at the very least it should be our medical staff who decide when he is fit to play.

We've got big matches coming up and surely they should be his priority.

as I've said at the outset maybe it is just silly season

BBC sports text this morning , it was in the "gossip" section . Don't panic it might only be a rumour

I'd be more concerned at the prospect of Cisse teaming up with Henry at Arsenal ,hope that is definitely only a rumour .

BBC sports text this morning , it was in the "gossip" section . Don't panic it might only be a rumour

I read bolton want him on a year long loan.

I reckon papers are just putting two and two together, Sissoko started both premership games whilst both bolton and everton are rubish and need good players.

Although Everton have got Phil Neville and Artea to name a few.
