Only in a spectating capacity, he didnt partake in any of the actual training.

I would love to see the Harry Kewell of leeds fame playing in the red shirt of Liverpool but I just dont have faith in him anymore.  He could probably come out and play 10 blinders in a row and I still wouldnt have faith in him anymore.  Too many dissapointments from him for Australia and Liverpool have killed my trust in him...
i remember when he was meant to lead Australia to the world cup... when he was meant to guide us to our first Olympic medal... I remember when he was supposed to take Liverpool back to the upper echelons of European and English domincance... I remember when he was supposed to be the final piece in Houllier's puzzle.

I remember a lot of what he was supposed to do... what did he actually achieve?

i dunno... maybe we should just leave him out and let him sit around resting.. rather than him coming and then getting injured and then wasting another substitution...

I thought it was a great singing when Liverpool singed Kewell and in his first few games he showed potential, but he was still not as good as he was at leeds and he never will. He has lost extra yard of pace and his willing ness to bet defenders. Unfortunatley I think he singed a 4 or 5 year contract so there is at least two more seasons of him unless he goes out on loan, or somebody wishes to buy him.

Kewell met up with the National squad to do light training and work with their medical staff.  I think he's been in full training for a week or so.  Hopefully he'll get 10 mins tomorrow and start getting match fit

I hope he comes back soon and proves us all wrong.

he was outstanding in the 1st few months of us when houllier reverted him back to left wing.

He was awesome against arsenal (at anfield), even scoring an excellant goal.... He can turn it up if he wants to.

so will the real harry kewell...pls stand up.....

Come on guys....don't give up on kewell yet. He has had his operation.......doesn't that count for anything ? Remeber last season, when we were all wondering why he hasn't had his op yet rite ?

Well now that it is over, just give him more time. I believe kewell will come back as a better player...

Form is temporary class is permanent ? - you can't just use this on morientes.....  Kewell will come good. Just let him recover from his operation.

well he had a hernia oporation and thats why he missed the start of the season.  Although his main injury was his groin....and the oporation for that was in may, so hopefully thats all healed up.

Last chance saloon for Kewell, but I believe he will come good, he's had his operations so now excuses now!! Can't help but feel that he will be used on the right along with Pongolle, now we have pulled out of the Stellios deal!
